VACCA Celebrates International Women's Day

8 March marks International Women’s Day. On this day we celebrate the achievements of women and recognise their strengths, skills and abilities. It also gives us the opportunity to stand with all women in working towards a more equal and inclusive world. 

The 2021 International Women's Day theme is #ChooseToChallenge. This is about showing your commitment to building an inclusive world by choosing to challenge inequality, call out bias and question stereotypes.

VACCA has invited all staff to celebrate women who have shown great leadership, overcome challenge, and empowered others by sharing how they #ChooseToChallenge inequality. You can create your own #ChooseToChallenge message in support of women's equality by downloading a selfie card and adding your selfie to the comments on our Facebook page.
