VACCA and Link-Up Victoria invite Victorian Stolen Generations and Traditional First Nations Groups to join us on Taungurung Country in Kyneton.  

Come along for a day of reflection, connection, unity and healing, as we commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the “Bringing Them Home Report”. 

  • Free, full day event hosted by VACCA, Link-Up and Taungurung
  • Food and beverages provided 
  • Guest speakers to include Muriel Bamblett - CEO Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA), Kyle Vander-Kuyp, Director - Connecting Home, address from Yoorrook Justice Commission and featuring performances from Taungurung First Nations people.

  Muriel Bamblett - CEO - Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA)

Muriel Bamblett is a Yorta Yorta and Dja Dja Wurrung woman who has been our CEO since 1999. Muriel is also Chairperson of SNAICC, the peak body representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander child and family services nationally.

 Kyle Vander-Kuyp - Director - Connecting Home

An Olympian and a descendant of the Yuin Clan and Woromi Clan in NSW, Kyle is dedicated to mentoring and driving initiatives related to Indigenous mental health, wellbeing and bridging the education and workplace gap for Indigenous Australians.
