A dedicated co-ordinator role will support trainees through the 12 months, commencing from pre-employment training and recruitment all the way through to the completion of the traineeship.

The Traineeships Co-ordinator is responsible for organising various training components and ensuring access to formal qualifications.

Furthermore, the Co-ordinator will be involved at all stages and responsible for:

  • mentoring support
  • liaison with managers and training providers
  • monitoring progress
  • risk management
  • problem solving
