Your supervisor will play an integral role in providing close supervision, guidance, support, feedback, on-the-job training and suitable day-to-day work tasks for you to complete.
Your supervisor should also monitor work performance, attendance and conduct. If there are any issues or concerns, these should be discussed with the Traineeships Co-ordinator.
