VACCA provided a submission to the Federal Government’s proposed Early Years Strategy which aims to create a new integrated, holistic whole-of-government approach to ensure children have the best start to life in their critical early years of development. VACCA's submission calls for a broader approach which ensures the right to self-determination and cultural safety for Aboriginal children and families from prenatal to eight years of age.
