Celebrating Staff Graduations

Recently, VACCA staff, their families and special guests gathered to celebrate the recent graduation of staff members from across VACCA's regions

After hearing from our CEO, Aunty Muriel Bamblett, and VACCA Chairperson James Atkinson, the ceremony recognised the achievements of 58 staff members who gained qualifications in Diplomas of Community Services, Certificate IVs in Leadership and Management, and Graduate Certificates in Family Therapy. We partner with Swinburne University, Kangan Institute and La Trobe University to provide culturally safe and workplace relevant tertiary qualifications for our staff.

Following this latest graduation ceremony, we have now supported over 200 staff to expand their knowledge and skills through further education. We're proud to recognise the achievements of these staff, whose ongoing commitment to learning means providing the best service to our children, young people and families.
