In this episode of MobTalk we welcome “AmberDays the Label” founded by Corina who is a proud Yorta Yorta / Boonwurrung woman. Corina shares her journey towards making her brand COPS – organic certified and making all products bio-degradable by using fabrics that can easily breakdown over time. Corina aims to create an environment which empowers and provides a safe working space for women. Corina combines her love for the environment, and wanting to produce clothing that represents her values. AmberDays the Label works with other Aboriginal women to create artwork and patterns to suit the designs for the clothing. Corina shares her passion in wanting to uplift women and carry them on this journey with her. Corina stated if any women need any advice or simply some guidance, to contact her and she is happy to have a yarn.
