VACCA Family Violence  Client Service Delivery  

VACCA’s Family Violence Case Management, Family Violence Therapeutic, Family Violence Men’s programs and VACCA’s staff working in the Orange Doors and MDC’s will continue to be responsive to the families experiencing and affected by family violence, whilst also focusing on the safety and well-being of all of our staff. 

  • We will continue to support our clients by telephone, text and teleconferencing facilities, ensuring VACCA’s family violence risk assessment tool and safety planning are rigorously applied
  • Face-to-face contact will only occur where clients are identified at high risk and it is deemed absolutely necessary using the VACCA Home Visit guidelines.

Safe Steps - Family Violence Response

Safe Steps is a service for women and children experiencing violence and abuse from a partner or ex-partner, another family member or someone close to them.
