VACCA has an excellent Staff Wellbeing program and our staff really enjoy our special cultural events and activities and our monthly free staff wellbeing lunches.

We also provide new staff with an Induction and Orientation program.  All staff get regular supervision and are eligible for study leave after completing our 3 month probationary review. To support staff in their work VACCA also provides staff with internal and external training and whole of agency staff inservice days.

VACCA has a workforce of some 150+ staff who come from a variety of backgrounds, with the majority being Aboriginal people who bring a multitude of skills and experience.  VACCA has a wide range of positions from admin assistant positions, caseworker positions, Senior Manager positions, Project Officers, Research Officers, Finance Officers to Training Officers.
